Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start. You will only be charged after the trial period ends and you confirm your plan.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made in the same billing period
• Technical failure that prevented access for more than 72 hours
• Billing error on our side (wrong amount charged)

How to Request a Refund

Email support@spukkles.com with your payment reference and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
